Big Pink Drink

Ingredients (Serves 1–2 for a large glass, or scale up for a pitcher)

• 2 oz vodka (Absolut, Grey Goose, or your favorite)

• 1 oz strawberry syrup or strawberry puree

• 1 oz cream of coconut or coconut milk (optional for a creamy twist)

• 3 oz pineapple juice

• 1 oz lemon or lime juice (freshly squeezed)

• Splash of grenadine (for a deeper pink hue)

• Ice

• Toppings/Garnish: fresh strawberries, pineapple wedges, or maraschino cherry

Instructions

1. Fill a shaker with ice.

2. Add vodka, strawberry syrup/puree, cream of coconut (if using), pineapple juice, and citrus juice.

3. Shake vigorously until chilled.

4. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice.

5. Drizzle grenadine over the top for a layered pink effect.

6. Garnish with fruit slices or a cherry.

• 1 cup pineapple juice

• ½ cup triple sec or other orange liqueur

• ½–1 cup simple syrup (adjust to sweetness)

Instructions

1. Chill all ingredients before mixing for the best flavor.

2. In a large punch bowl or drink dispenser, combine:

Instructions:

* Pour vodka, triple sec, 7-up, and lemon juice into a 64 ouncecontainer
* Slice a lemon, add, then almost-fill with sweet and sour mix
* Add sugar and a touch of grenadine, and shake well
* Serve into highball glasses
* Stir or shake well with each serving to circulate the sugar
